My mentor once gave me advice that changed my life:
“When you can’t change the way you feel, change the way you think.

At the time, I didn’t want to hear it. I wanted my circumstances to change. I felt stuck, drained, and disconnected from the life I thought I should be living. I thought peace would come when life got easier, but peace came when I started thinking differently about the life I already had.

I leaned into therapy, Scripture—and even humor—and learned how to recognize and change limiting beliefs that were holding me back and keeping me stuck. I learned that chaos around me doesn’t have to mean chaos within me. And that by shifting my mindset, I could chart a course toward what I wanted, instead of drifting toward what I feared.

And now? I want the same for you.
